A leg of a young elephant, which was chained in order to attract visitors... like me... unfortunately.
I don't pretend to be a bleeding heart, but still, if I had the chance, I would spare myself visiting such a place.
Somehow this photo connects to my earlier one, though they were shot in different locations and different circumstances.

Fascinatingly morbid. This is what photo's are about. Not the cuteness or the joy, but the sheer emotional shock one picture can bring.

well...for me this photo represents alot..mainly ...how humans are ....well let's just say dirt..cuz i don't think is ok for me to use other language.
this is the kind of photo that i would use in a campaign for animal rights,so...congrats...great job

it's very sad. any living thing should only ever be contained for the protection of itself or another. it's repulsive how some people think that other creatures don't think or feel or yearn for a better life..

stuff like that always makes me so angry that I want to cry I wish I could punch these people who think it's entertaining or acceptable for living things to be treated like that. the world needs to wake up to it's insanity.
